Question: How do I get images?

Step 1 - Purchase the product

Step 2 - After the purchase, you will see a "Download now" link on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with the ability to download the PDF file with the instructions.

Step 3 - Send us your logo by email - jaminamiroslav@hotmail.com. We will need a copy of your logo in order to create the images with your logo and brand colors.

Step 4: Approve examples: We will create 5 examples of the images for you to review and approve.

Step 5: Receive all posts: Once you have approved the examples, we will send you all of the images within 12 hours.

Question: How can I make a purchase if I don't have a PayPal?

If you don't have a PayPal account, please contact us and we will send you a custom invoice that allows you to pay with a credit or debit card.

Question:  What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered. With that being said, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied and we will make a reasonable effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason the posts are not what you expected, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue.

However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. duplicate order) and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.

    We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

    Question: Can I request my tax refund?

    Unfortunately, no. We do not accept a tax refund for purchases made at Social-Media-Images.com
